A charming and unusual children's illustration in gouache showing a sleeping rabbit in a four poster bed with deep purple drapes and a green carpet. The colours are wonderfully vibrant. The illustration has been trimmed in an oval around the image and presented on off-white board backing. The illustration is unsigned. On wove on card.
Condition
There is some dirtying to the surface. There are some losses to the paper at the lower edge of the illustration which have been stabilized. The backing board is in fine condition.
