A fine late 19th Century graphite study by Charles Pinet (1867-1932), after the original painting by R. Lehman (c. 1850). The copy is rendered with wonderful delicate detail and attention to the form of the drapery. The artist has signed in ink to the lower left and in graphite to the lower right. The artist has also inscribed in French to the reverse with the title and name of the original artist. On wove.
