Collection Information
From 'The Park and the Forest' published by Thomas McLean, London, 1841. This collection depicts British country landscapes, each featuring different species of trees, the name of which is inscribed to the lower left alongside the print maker's monogram. 'Printed with C. Hullmandel's Patent' inscribed lower right. After the original paintings by James Duffield Harding. Note: We have been informed that these are actually chromolithographic reproductions made from Harding's The Park and the Forest of 1841, probably by Hullmandel but made in the late 1840s or the 1850s
