Painter, illustrator and printmaker of architectural and landscape subject matter. He exhibited at the RA, RBA, RBSA, The Faculty of Arts and Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool was a founder member of the BWS. Married to the artist Alice Flower, née Perry, his work is represented in some public collections including the Museum of London and he carried out a number of commissions for the Royal Family. His exhibited work, much of it wood engravings, includes subjects such as Trafalgar Square, RA 1932 and Wallingford Bridge, 1948.
