A chromolithograph of the original painting by Charles Burton Barber showing a young girl playing a violin with a kitten and a dog in a soft Pre-Raphelite style. The plate is set in a gold card frame with the inscription along the bottom. Signed in plate. On Wove laid to card..

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. The original inscription has been partially trimmed away at the lower edge. There is water damage to the top left corner of the gold frame and fading to the very edges.
