A dramatic horse racing scene in watercolour by American-born equestrian artist Isaac Cullin (1859–1942). The scene depicts the 1903 Epsom Oaks, which was won by Morny Cannon riding Our Lassie. The work is signed and dated to the lower right, and is well presented in a gilt frame. On paper.

Signs of wear consistent with age, including discolouration and light foxing to the paper. Light wear to the frame. Overall, the artwork is in very good condition for its age.
