A charming 20th century oil painting depicting a large white sow in a fenced pen with an empty feed bucket overturned in the rough grass. The oil has been painted in a delightful naïve style, echoing that of original 19th century folk art paintings. Presented in a beautiful antique burr maple veneer frame. Unsigned. On canvas laid to panel.

Condition

Light wear to the wooden frame. The overall condition of the artwork is very good.
