A charming late 19th century watercolour painting with gouache details by the artist C.L. Windsor, depicting a seascape with figures and ships in the distance. Signed to the lower left-hand corner. The date is partially covered by the mount, however, it possibly reads '1891'. Well-presented in a card mount and in an ornate black and gilt frame, as shown. On watercolour paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and light foxing. Some marks and discolouration to the mount. Minor scuffs to the frame.
