C.L. Windsor - 1938 Watercolour Old Hattered Vessels, Pill

Description

A painting of disused rowing boats in the Somerset village of Pill on the River Avon. Presented glazed in a wash line mount and a textured gilt-effect wooden frame. Signed to the lower-right edge. There is a label on the verso, cut from previous backing board, that is inscribed with the date and title. On watercolour paper.

Condition

There is some minor foxing and discolouration and some slight debris trapped beneath the glazing. Overall in good condition.
