An unusual, original gouache stamp collector's annual design, showing various stamps from the Commonwealth countries. The earliest stamp being the New Zealand stamp, dating to 1935 and the latest being the Australian stamp dating to 1952. The design has areas that have been edited, cut out and stuck back down to create the finished cover design. The painting has been presented in a 20th Century Hogarth style frame with card mount. On paper.
Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and light foxing. The frame has some age and a minor loss to the upper right corner.
