This large collection by the British artist Brian C. Wade captures the beauty of the natural landscape while also demonstrating Wade's natural flair for watercolours. Featuring rugged scenes of the English countryside and the idyllic French Riviera, Wade's work draws upon the traditions of landscape watercolour painting and combines this with his personal, expressive style.
Wade was the husband of the British watercolourist Sylvia E. Churchward-Wade, the two painted alongside each other for many years. Both Sylvia and Brian's work is available to buy at Sulis Fine Art.
