Austin Blomfield - Pair of Original 1967 Graphite Drawing. A pair of landscape views measuring the same (26.5 x 37.9 cm). One is signed, dated '67' and titled 'Burgh Castle Norfolk'. The other is inscribed lower right 'Ormesby Broad'. Signed and dated. On wove. Minor discolouration to edges of page.

Austin Blomfield (1895-1967) was a British architect who was the son of renown architect and designer Sir Reginald Blomfield (1856-1942). They were in practice together and Austin Blomfield continued the firm after Sir Reginald Blomfield's death in 1942.

From a family archive of sketchbooks and works containing graphite sketches, watercolours and studies of architecture and landscapes by the British architect and designer, Sir Reginald Blomfield RA (1856-1942), and his son Austin Blomfield (1895-1967).
