Description

A fine watercolour painting attributed to the British artist Robert Thorne Waite, depicting two figures in a vast landscape. Unsigned. The artist's name is inscribed on the mount to the lower margin. Well-presented in a washline card mount and in a distressed gilt effect frame. On watercolour paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and light foxing. Some marks to the mount and small scuffs to the frame.
