Arthur Easton was born in 1939 and studied painting and printmaking at Reigate School of Art, and at the University of Arts in Italy. In 1979, Easton became a member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters. He has exhibited both in solo and group exhibitions at galleries such as Fosse Gallery and Highgate Fine Art, Bourne Gallery, and Richmond Gallery. Easton has also exhibited at the Royal Academy, South West Academy, the Royal Institute of Oil Painters, the Royal Society of British Artists, and the National Society of Painters, Sculptors and Printmakers.
