A charming winter scene in gouache by Anthony Gilbert (1916–1995). A label affixed to the reverse identifies the location as Shortlands in South East London. Initialled and dated to the lower right. Well presented in a gilt frame with a foliate running pattern. On paper.
Condition
There is a fine black mark to the upper right; however, the artwork is otherwise in very good condition. Scuffs and small losses to the frame.
