A striking still life study showing a blackberry branch. Bridges has beautifully captured the tonal variations, displaying her impressive drawing skills. Stamped 'ESK' to the lower edge. Laid to backing card. Signed and dated. On wove.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. With foxing visible across the page and some brown residue to the upper left edge.
