Description

A striking etching depicting 'The Tower of Babel', the biblical myth from the Book of Genesis that explains the origin of diverse human languages. According to the tale, a united people speaking one tongue attempted to build a tower reaching the heavens, but God confused their speech, forcing them to scatter across the Earth, unable to understand one another. The work is inscribed in graphite with the title, signed, and numbered 3/20. On paper.

Condition
