Alfred Harford (1848-1915) was a member of the Royal West of England Academy. He born in Bristol and was known to paint scenes from rural life in oils. He frequently painted scenes in North Wales, submitting pictures of Betws-y-Coed, Pont-y-Pant and Beddgelert to the RWA annual exhibitions.
