This captivating watercolour by Alexander Y. Wishaw (1870-1946) depicts a serene woodland with ancient trees framing a soft, misty path. Wishaw's delicate brushwork and muted palette of greens, blues and greys beautifully capture the ethereal quality of a forest glade. Well presented in a green and gilt frame.
