Alexander Brantingham Simpson RI - Fourteen Original Early 20th Century Etching. A set of fourteen prints of the same image, one of which is signed in pencil by the artist in lower left of plate. The scene depicts two finely-dressed women blowing spores towards an angelic cherub in a meadow. Signed in plate. Some creasing to paper and minor tears to edges of some of the pieces.

Alexander Brantingham Simpson R.I. (fl.1904-1931). From a large collection of watercolours and etchings by a talented yet obscure artist. Some are signed and all are undoubtedly by the same hand.
