A turn of the century watercolour by the artist Albrecht Burchard. Here the artist has captured a tranquil view of Pozzuoli, a city and commune of the Metropolitan City of Naples. Also with a label with attribution presented to Mr. & Mrs. K.S. Butler, by their friends of the British Consulate General, Naples, 1 Sept 1977 . Unsigned. On wove.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and light foxing. There are various creases to the paper which are visible to the central area and run vertically through the composition. With various 1cm closed tears to the edges of the paper.
