A wonderfully expressive mid 20th century oil by the artist Albert Mascaux (1900-1963) depicting a fishing port. The artist uses bold gestural brushstrokes to reflect the hustle and bustle of the scene. Signed to the lower right. Presented in a sleek gilt frame with a white slip. On board.
Condition
Slight yellowing to the varnish, overall the artwork is in good condition. Light wear to the frame and slip.
