A chromolithograph after John Everett Millais's (1829-1896) painting 'Bubbles' (1886), originally titled 'A Child's World'. The image was most famously used in advertisements for Pears Soap. Presented glazed in a blue card mount and an early 20th century oak frame with a gilt slip. The original date of the painting and the title of the work are inscribed in plate. On wove.

Condition

There is a mark or scratch to the lower-right corner, measuring 16cm. There are some scuffs and scratches to the frame.
