Published by The Medici Society in 1911, this chromolithograph is a fine copy of Francois Boucher's Madame de Pompadour. Louis XV's highly regarded mistress made a significant impression on French society and was a influential patron of the arts. She remained a close confidant of the king until her death in 1764.
