This charming watercolour study depicts the Rectory in the village of Barsham, Suffolk. The artist captures the circular driveway and ground house in a soft palette with autumnal trees surrounding the grounds. Signed and dated to the lower right. The are faint, illegible inscriptions to the reverse. On paper laid to card.
