A fine early 20th Century watercolours illustration of a scene from Walter Scott's novel, Woodstock. The scene shows Colonel Everard facing a ghost in armour. The artist has signed to the lower right and inscribed a quotation from the book at the lower edge and dated to the lower right corner. On wove card.
