A delightful oil painting, depicting a farm scene with figures and horses. Artist's signature and date to the lower left hand corner. Well-presented in an ornate gilt frame. Signed and dated. On canvas on stretchers.Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and yellowing to the varnish. Craquelure throughout the painting and some surface marks, mainly to the right hand margin. Inspection under UV light shows signs of restoration.
