Rowena Bush (1917-1998) - Signed and Framed 1987 Watercolour, Dunes Driftwood
DescriptionA illustrative representation of sand dunes by South African artist Rowena Bush. This a particularly interesting example of her work, differing from her usual rather more traditional landscapes. Here we can see Bush has been influenced by Japanese painting. The honest representation of colour and form makes this a uniquely striking piece. Titled, signed and dated on the reverse. Well presented in a double card mount and simple wood frame. Signed. On wove.
In fine condition.
