Philip Y. Davies was a Welsh artist and collector - he had a Fine Art Gallery in South Wales and was a member of the Royal Watercolour Society of Wales and the Watercolour Society of Ireland. When he was younger he studies at the Swansea College of Art and Cardiff University. Part of a collection of works from his studio.
