A vibrant and highly accomplished watercolour showing a historical view of Deddington marketplace in Oxfordshire. The artist has left the under drawing done in a bright pink remain visible in parts of the painting.
The artist has signed and dated to the lower right and inscribed to the lower left corner. The painting has been presented in a glazed, gilt frame with a wash-line mount.

A concise graphite drawing of Kit's Cotty in a decorative size.Kit's Coty House or Kit's Coty is a chambered long barrow near the village of Aylesford in the southeastern English county of Kent. Constructed circa 4000 BCE, during the Early Neolithic period of British prehistory.
The drawing has been signed, dated and inscribed by the artist and is presented in a white frame with a white card mount.
