A fine and atmospheric early 20th Century watercolour by the artist Jananchis, depicting a Shanghai junk in a harbour, with other vessels in the misty distance. Well-presented in a lined double mount and distressed silver wooden frame, as shown. Signed. On wove.Condition
In very good condition overall. There is a small watermark to the upper left corner, as shown. Otherwise, only minor surface discolouration. The frame has some surface marks and scuffing to the corners, in keeping with the distressed appearance.
