Description
A quaint watercolour depiction of a rural cottage scene with chickens by British artist J. Williams. We can find little biographical information about the artist however this piece is highly decorative and beautifully framed. The artwork has been restored by 'Florence Conservation and Restoration' as labelled on the reverse. Impressively presented in a washline mount and simple gilt frame with an artist name plaque reading 'Torquay'. Signed. On wove.Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. Overall the appearance is very good.
