Inge Clayton FRSA (1942-2010) - Signed 1989 Monotype, Yurt

An unusual study of the male form by established feminist artist Inge Clayton. The monoprint process has allowed Clayton the freedom to experiment with a huge range of textural effects. By painting the ink directly onto the plate, using plate oils and white spirit, the study becomes wonderfully dynamic. Inscribed, titled, signed and dated in pencil below the plate line. On wove.

There is a large crease to the lower left corner and some light creasing to the edges. Overall the appearance is very good.
