In fine condition.Herbert Cutner (1881 – 1969). Cutner was an etcher and writer born in Hull. He studied at the L.C.C. Bolt Court School of Art and the Central School of Arts and Crafts. He primarily exhibited at the Society of Graphic Art and became a member in 1923.
