A delightful impressionist harbour scene with distinct brush strokes. Well presented in a modern frame with a vintage mottled effect. Signed. On board.

With discolouration and surface dirt typical for a picture of this age. Overall the appearance is good. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration. The frame is also in fine condition.
