Frank Richards RBA (1863-1935) - A watercolour depicting a broken boat abandoned on the beach. Signed lower right. Dirty and with soft creases upper right. On watercolour paper. With a price on the back of 1/.From a cache of Frank Richards paintings and drawings literally rescued from a skip. Most have a price on the back: anywhere from 6d up to 2/6, so these must have been in some type of car boot sale at one point, pre-decimalization.
