Frank Richards RBA (1863-1935) Newlyn School - A watercolour of a landscape. Signed lower right. On watercolour paper laid on board. Price of 1 shilling on the back.From a cache of Frank Richards paintings and drawings literally rescued from a skip. Most have a price on the back: anywhere from 6d up to 2/6, so these must have been in some type of car boot sale at one point, pre-decimalization.
