Eric Ward (b.1945) - Contemporary Oil, Study of Seated Nude

A wonderful nude study from artist Eric Ward, born in 1945 and native to St. Ives, Cornwall and member of the St Ives Society of Artists and the Chelsea Arts Club. This expressive composition captures the movement and fleshy tones of the body, with areas of the paper untouched by the brush the artist has created a light and delicate study. Possibly created at the St Ives School. Well presented in an off-white mount. Signed. On wove.

In fine condition.
