A fine original 1790 watercolour with graphite details, depicting a botanical study of sand 'garlick'. Inscribed 'Packington June 30 1790, Curtis', possibly later, to the lower edge. On laid fixed to wove. Signed and dated and inscribed.Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and foxing, mainly to the central areas. There is some water staining to the lower left.
