Four watercolours picked out in black ink detail showing a house and garden under a stormy sky, country lane and a bridge in a cove. Two paintings appear on the same double sided sheet of paper. Only one painting has been signed by the artist and the paintings are of varying sizes, the smallest being 25.4cm x 34.2cm.

Signed. On Watercolour paper.


In fine condition.

Artist Biography

John Case was a British artist based in Bristol, known for his oil and watercolour landscapes. Case first became interested in photography, but quickly developed a passion for painting. He joined Twyford Art Club in Shirehampton and then the Clifton Arts Club. Case appeared on TV painting scenes of Bristol and became an expert in modern gadgetry, frequently used his iPad for sketch painting.
