William Guthrie - Signed & Framed 1923 Watercolour, Lochranza, Isle of Arran

A very fine and detailed 1923 Scottish landscape work in watercolour with body color, by the Scottish artist William Guthrie. Entitled 'Lochranza from the Cock of Arran Road', a village on the Isle of Arran in Scotland. Well-presented in a substantial and heavy gilt wooden frame with fruit mouldings. Signed, inscribed and dated on the reverse. On watercolour paper.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and foxing, mainly to the upper half. The frame has some light surface wear and scuffing, to the corners and edges.
