A well composed watercolour painting depicting a rural village street in spring. Well presented in a double card mount and cream frame. Artist name and painting title is on a label affixed to the reverse. Signed. On watercolour paper.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and very minor foxing. Discolouration to the mount and small scuffs to the frame at the edges, most noticeable at the upper edge. Also with a crack to the frame at the underneath lower right corner. Overall in good condition.
