Julie Sullock - Framed 1988 Watercolour, Brighton Lights
DescriptionA striking abstract watercolour study by the British artist Julie Sullock. Here Sullock has captured a rainy street in Brighton with washes of fluid colour, creating an opaque and delicate quality within the composition. Sullock's work focuses on a range of natural elements, bringing inspiration from the landscsapes of Wales and France. A large majority of her work reflects her interest in buildings, doorways and reflections of brake lights in the rain. Well presented in a cream card mount and dark wood frame. Signed and dated. On wove.
Overall the condition is good. With some discolouration and foxing. Marks to the frame, most noticeably at the upper edge.
