George B. Hodgson (1847-1921) - Signed & Framed Watercolour, Rural Cottage

A charming watercolour study by listed British artist George B. Hodgson (1847-1921). The impressionistic style and dramatic colour palette beautifully encaptulates a romanticised view of rural Britain. Well presented in a double card mount and wood frame. Signed. On watercolour paper.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. With foxing visible to the sky area, covered with white pencil and light indentations to the frame.
