A wonderful pastel scene showing sheep grazing in a wooded field by British artist Barbara P. Morgan. Well presented in a card mount and green wood frame. Titled and inscribed on the reverse. Signed with monogram. On wove.


There are light surface scratches to the frame, otherwise the condition is fine.

Artist Biography

Barbara P. Morgan was a contemporary British artist, who primarily worked in pastel and watercolour. Barbara instils a sense of vibrancy and dynamism within her compositions, well suited to her chosen medium. Her work has been exhibited at The Mall Galleries, London, and the Laing Art Gallery. Her husband Edward was also an artist, and both of their collections have been acquired by Sulis Fine Art.
