Axel Haig - Original 1890 Etching. Originally priced £900 (we think by Sanders of Oxford). From the collection of Christopher Lennox Boyd 95. Listed in "Axel Herman Haig and his Work" by E.A. Armstrong. Signed. Small marginal tears.

By Axel Haig (1835 - 1921), architectural watercolourist and etcher, the 'Piranesi of the Gothic Revival'. Born in Sweden, Haig worked Britain for William Burges and others.
