Attributed John Samuel Bowles - Mid 19th Century Graphite Drawing, Malvern Wells

Attributed John Samuel Bowles - Original Mid 19th Century Graphite Drawing. Location and date is inscribed in the lower right corner, but the right edge has been cropped removing some of the inscription. Inscribed. On wove. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration.

There is no indication on any of the works as to the artist. Included in the album were two old photographs of Milton Hill House as it appeared in the mid 19th century (as see in photos above). The house at that time was owned by John Samuel Bowles and that is the basis of the attribution.
