An accomplished watercolour painting attributed to the English landscape painter Walter Williams. The scene depicts a sea view from the cliffs in Plymouth with a figure. Location inscribed below signature to the lower right-hand corner. Presented in a card mount and in a speckled gilt effect frame. On watercolour paper.Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. Some foxing and surface dirt to the mount. Minor scuffs and scratches to the frame.
