Around this time she also commenced instructions in etching techniques under Johnny Friedlaender. Annapia Antonini first exhibited her art in Paris around 1965 and since that time her paintings and etchings have been included in major exhibitions in Germany, Switzerland, France, England, America and Japan. During her fine career, Annapia Antonini has dedicated much of her creativity to the art of still life and the poetic relationships existing in the moment among common objects. Such is the case with Les Petites Poissons Rouges ('The Little Red Fish') where two red fish, their aquarium, a decanter and a clock create a compelling image of interconnected forms, colors and textures. For more information please click here.
