Description

Three miniature studies in watercolour completed with impressively fine brushstrokes. Including a study showing a castle, another inscribed 'Winter - Ben Slioch' and a detailed depiction of a lake scene inscribed 'Loch Coruisk, Isle of Skye'. Two studies have been signed to the lower right corner and other bears a monogram. The largest miniature measures (9 x 12cm) and the smallest, (8 x 5.5cm). On wove.

Condition

There is discolouration to all three artworks with a minor tear to the second mountain study and pinhole marks to the first.
